So now that I am recovered from the jetlag, I feel the trip can begin. Yesterday we went south/west forty minutes from where I am staying in Nora Sweden. The history that some of the buildings emit just amaze me. We had lunch buffet style. I wish after eating the main course I had checked out the desserts… thin waffles, whip cream and a swedish berry that looked like a yellow raspberry. Then there were chocolate chocolate chip cupcakes with carmel center and whip cream topping…
We stopped at the cooking university to inspect the architecture that was designed and built in Spain and won a contest, thus moving it to Sweden. I did take pictures… soon my friends.
I can’t get over the scenery here.
